We do not ask for national identification numbers, full bank account numbers, or payroll data through the public website form. Engagement working papers are handled under separate confidentiality arrangements.

Purposes

We use enquiry data to respond to scoping requests, prepare fee estimates, and maintain records of professional correspondence. Essential cookies keep the site functioning; analytics cookies run only if you accept them.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months unless they become part of an engagement file, in which case retention follows our professional file policy (typically seven years after the engagement ends, or longer where law requires). Cookie preference data remains in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights

Subject to Japanese law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. International transfers

Our primary servers and office are in Japan. If a hosting or email provider processes data outside Japan, we select providers that offer contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
