What shapes an audit fee
We quote after a scoping call. The figures below are guidance so finance directors can budget — not a menu that pretends every ledger is identical.

Per site day including travel within Yamaguchi Prefecture. Additional cold-store or night counts are scheduled separately.
Estimate factors we ask about
- Number of legal entities and consolidation needs
- Revenue and inventory materiality
- Number of warehouses or production floors to observe
- Quality of reconciliations and prior auditor files
- Whether related-party or overseas subsidiaries complicate confirmations
Deposits and billing
Statutory audits usually require a planning deposit of 30% on signing the engagement letter, with the balance due on report delivery. Narrow reviews may be billed on completion. Agreed-upon procedures are quoted against the locked procedure list.
What we do not offer
Monthly software subscriptions, packaged “starter / professional / enterprise” tiers, or fixed prices for undefined scopes. If your need is bookkeeping or tax filing only, we will say so and decline the audit engagement.
