Aya Kaede
Leads statutory opinions for manufacturing and trading clients; reviews inventory observation files and significant risk assessments before report date.
About
Kaede Compliance Office was founded to give mid-sized Yamaguchi companies a local auditor who will still walk the cold-store aisle at 6 a.m. when inventory is material.
We are not a national network branch and we do not sell bookkeeping packages. Our work is financial auditing: planning, testing, observing stock, confirming bank balances, and signing reports when the evidence supports an opinion.
The practice grew out of years spent on manufacturing and trading audits across western Honshu — places where year-end coincides with busy shipping weeks and where related-party balances sit in family holding companies. Opening our own office in 光子区 let us keep engagements small enough that the signing partner still reviews the key working papers.
We send request lists early, flag incomplete reconciliations before fieldwork balloons, and hold closing meetings in plain language. Directors receive a management letter ranked by severity; bookkeepers receive concrete follow-ups, not abstract frameworks.
